New paid internship opportunity in southern Maryland!
Appalachian Conservation Corps and Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Historical Park are seeking an 18-30 year old intern (35 if a veteran) to fill the role of Chesapeake Gateways Ambassador.
This position is ideal for recent graduates in communications, history, education, etc and focuses on sharing incredible stories from the park through an equity lens.️ The intern will:
- develop and present inclusive interpretation materials
- write digital media resources and host community programs
This 50-week position will begin September 18th, 2023, and is based out of Church Creek, MD.
